We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to provide support with social media, email marketing, lead tracking, and tech systems. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working efficiently, solving problems, and contributing in a collaborative environment.

Social Media Support (Weekly)

• Repurpose Instagram content for Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and potentially TikTok
• Reformat and schedule or manually post content
• Send pre-recorded welcome messages to new followers

Email Marketing (Flodesk – Weekly)

• Check links for accuracy
• Schedule and manage weekly email campaigns

Lead List Management (Weekly)

• Track and update lead lists
• Add contacts from welcome message responses

Tech & Admin Support (As Needed)

• Manage automations and integrations in Zapier, ManyChat, and Flodesk
• Update and optimize sales pages and websites in Showit (including mobile optimization)
• Support workflows in ClickUp
