About the Role

We’re hiring Video Editors to support a growing pipeline of short-form, episodic content designed for Reels and similar platforms. This role is focused on producing high-volume, narrative-driven edits with fast turnaround and consistent quality.

We’re looking for editors who think like storytellers who can shape raw footage into engaging, easy-to-follow episodes with strong pacing, clear structure, and compelling endings that keep viewers watching.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form, episodic content for platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Maintain tight pacing and effective beat timing to maximize viewer retention
• Create engaging endings that encourage continued viewing or follow-through
• Deliver edits on a daily or near-daily basis, depending on production needs
• Follow collaboration and workflow standards, including: Shared drive usage, Organized project files and assets, Version control and clear file naming
• Respond to feedback efficiently and iterate quickly when needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing short-form content
• Understanding of narrative pacing, structure, and retention-focused editing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software
• Comfortable working with shared drives and organized workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Mid-level editing experience in digital/social media content
• Experience with episodic or serialized short-form formats
• Familiarity with daily production cycles and structured content pipelines
