Position Overview
We are seeking a video editor who is highly attuned to social media trends, well-versed in platform guidelines, and creative. You will directly support the sales team by producing high-quality, high-frequency video content (including but not limited to livestream highlights, product showcases, customer testimonials, etc.) across major social platforms (such as Douyin, WeChat Channels, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Kuaishou, etc.) to attract potential users.

- High Output & Efficiency: Maintain consistent video quantity and quality in a fast-paced environment; strong stress tolerance.
- Rule Awareness: Understand platform sensitive words and review red lines; effectively mitigate compliance risks.
- Strong Online Sense: Know what content captures attention, drives interaction, and encourages sharing.
- Communication & Comprehension: Quickly grasp sales team objectives and translate them into compelling video narratives.
Requirements
Experience Background
- 1–3 years of short-form/new media video editing experience; candidates with established accounts or viral content case studies preferred.
- Prior experience supporting sales or growth teams or producing conversion-focused content is a plus.
Platform & Content Understanding
- Familiar with content mechanisms, recommendation algorithms, and user preferences on major platforms (Douyin, WeChat Channels, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Kuaishou).
- Capable of tailoring edits and packaging to each platform’s unique characteristics rather than repurposing the same cut.
Editing & Production Skills
- Proficient in editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, Jianying Pro); basic color grading, subtitling, and audio editing skills.
- Strong command of pacing, shot composition, and visual mood; able to hook viewers within the first three seconds.
- Able to independently manage the full workflow from footage organization and editing to final output.
Data & Optimization Awareness
- Basic data literacy; able to refine editing and content formats based on metrics such as views, completion rate, and engagement.
- Willing to conduct post-mortems and experiment with different editing structures and content approaches.
Compliance & Risk Awareness
- Knowledgeable about platform review guidelines, sensitive terms, and content red lines; highly vigilant regarding compliance.
- Proactively balance content appeal with risk avoidance to prevent violations and distribution limits.
Communication & Execution
- Strong comprehension; quickly translate sales/business requirements into clear video deliverables.
- Highly executable with prompt feedback; consistently deliver under frequent requests and tight deadlines.
