Job Description
- 將房地產照片匯入 Runway ML 並根據提供的提示生成視頻片段。
- 根據場景類型選擇正確的模型（Gen-4 與 Gen-4 Turbo）。
- 審核 AI 輸出 → 如不現實或質量差則重新生成。
- 將所有最終視頻升級至 4K。
- 在 Final Cut Pro 或 iMovie中編輯片段：修剪、速度變化、過渡、節奏、添加音樂和效果。
優先考慮條件
- 擁有房地產或建築媒體的經驗。
工作設置與排程
- 完全 遠端，自由職業者角色。
- 最初為專案基礎，未來可能有長期持續的工作機會。
- 工時靈活，但必須滿足隔日/當日交付的截止日期。
- 優先考慮能夠在菲律賓時間的深夜、過夜和清晨工作的人，因為我們的基地在加拿大。
薪資
- 起薪為 PHP 200/小時 ，根據技能和作品集而定。
- 對於持續高品質工作可提高薪資。
