Job Description
- Plans, organizes, controls and manages the execution of all tasks in the Department in a totally coordinated effort with other PHILGUARANTEE units as well as with concerned government and private entities;
- Provides strategies and general management of the various functions of the Department;
- Manages business generation, marketing, processing, packaging and presentation, documentation, and monitoring;
- Ensures an effective accounts relationship management;
- Conceptualizes and manages the development/innovation of product/services of the Department;
- Establishes linkages with teams, partners, or other stakeholders across government and relevant sectors;
- Recommends and reviews policies and strategies for the improvement of internal processes and services to clients;
- Reviews and/or signs documents, correspondence/communication, vouchers, reports, and other papers relative to the management and delivery of required services from the Department;
- Ensures the accomplishment of targets through a periodic assessment of the performance of the staff and a review of departmental plans and targets;
- Recommends developmental interventions and conducts coaching, if necessary, to correct, sustain, or enhance performance; and
- Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job, preferably with Master's Degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from CSC
- Training: 120 hours of supervisory/ management learning and development intervention
- Work Experience: 10 years of relevant experience preferably in financial services, investment, credit, or marketing experience in a bank with a minimum of 5 years supervisory/ management experience
