• Inspecting the unit’s condition (exterior and interior).

• Ensuring that no unauthorized items are in the unit (e.g., customer belongings, documents, or accessories).

• Confirming that any documents (e.g., road test forms, customer receipts) are properly filled out and signed where necessary.

• Verifying that the unit is fully paid before allowing its release (attachment of payment confirmation required).

• Ensuring the unit’s keys are properly accounted for.

• Sign Off:

Once the Releasing Officer is satisfied with the inspection, they will sign the Gate Pass, which will allow security personnel to clear the unit for departure.
