• Greet guests professionally and courteously upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with opening vehicle doors, unloading luggage, or providing directions when needed.
• Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in designated parking areas.
• Maintain organization and security of vehicle keys.
• Keep the valet area clean, organized, and safe.
• Monitor the flow of traffic in and out of the valet area to avoid congestion.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with other valet staff and supervisors.
• Provide accurate information about the location, including services or amenities available.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle damage immediately.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive manual (stick shift) and automatic vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand for long periods and run short distances as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
