We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Utility to join our team. The Utility is responsible for performing a variety of general duties that support daily operations, including stocking, cleaning, organizing, assisting other departments, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. This position provides general support across departments, handles minor maintenance and supply tasks, and ensures common areas are tidy and operational.

Schedule:

Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, meeting rooms, and storage rooms.
• Stock shelves, supplies, and inventory as needed.
• Assist in receiving and organizing incoming shipments.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, restocking restroom supplies, etc.
• Remove trash, recyclables, and other waste regularly.
• Support other departments with clerical or physical tasks when requested.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in an office or facilities support role is a plus
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable walking, standing, or moving throughout the office during the day
