- Plumbing - Fixing leaks, repairing or replacing faucets and addressing basic plumbing issues.
- Electrical - Replacing light fixtures, fixing outlets and addressing minor electrical problems.
- Carpentry - Building shelves, repairing furniture, installing doors and performing other basic carpentry tasks.
- Painting - Patching holes, painting walls and performing other minor painting and decorating tasks.
- Appliance Repair - Diagnosing and repairing common household appliances.
- Fixture Installation - Installing items like ceiling fans, light fixtures and other hardware.
- General Repairs - Addressing a wide range of maintenance issues including fixing broken items, tightening loose screws and more.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience
- Capable of physically demanding hard work
- Multi-skilled personnel
