Job Responsibilities:

1.Manage the entire user's life cycle. Develop operation strategies and product requirement plans for users at different stages, and be responsible for user conversion, activation, and re-engagement of churned users.

2.Based on the decomposition of the company's annual goals, formulate user growth and operation strategies, establish a user level growth system, focus on the membership system and products, and conduct hierarchical operation strategies for users.

3.Conduct market users research, perform data analysis, pay attention to the performance of core business indicators, refine and optimize user operation strategies, and promote the improvement of user conversion, activity, and retention.

Job Requirements:

1.Education background: Junior college degree or above, with more than 3 years of relevant working experience.

2.Skills and Abilities: Possess information collection and analysis capabilities, logical thinking skills, and have a clear judgment on business relevance and priority.

3.Operational Methodology: Have a systematic operation methodology, be sensitive to data, and be able to drive user growth and the enhancement of lifecycle value through data.

5.Event Planning and Product Thinking: Have event planning capabilities and product thinking, be able to independently complete plan formulation, and ensure the follow-up, execution, and delivery of the plan.
