Lead key visual design for web/mobile and NFT/GameFi products, collaborating with the team to drive project delivery and align with client requirements 2. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, allocate time effectively, and ensure high-quality design deliverables are delivered on schedule 3. Stay informed on industry design trends and emerging technologies, analyze competitor work, and propose fresh, practical design solutions 4. Conduct regular reviews of your work, distill key learnings, and share design insights with the team Qualifications 1. Degree in a design-related field with at least 2 years of design experience at a major internet company or within the Web3 industry; exceptional recent graduates and those fluent in Chinese and English are preferred 2. Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, with experience using ProtoPie or Principle for motion design; familiar with AI-driven design tools 3. Strong aesthetic sense with high standards for interface layout, color harmony, and interaction logic, capable of producing premium-level designs 4. Submission of an authentic, comprehensive portfolio (including UI/visual design samples) is required; all educational credentials and work history must be verifiable—any falsification will result in accountability Scope of Services Providing clients with brand visual upgrades, web design, NFT/GameFi design, social media design and operations, and related services Preferred (Bonus) • Design experience in Web3, blockchain, or metaverse industries • Experience in professional services, social media, or enterprise services design • Skills in brand design, illustration, or 3D modeling, with the ability to independently execute end-to-end design projects
