• Operate boom truck equipment to lift and transport materials safely and efficiently
• Conduct daily inspections of the truck and boom system to ensure operational readiness
• Secure lifting permits and follow proper rigging procedures before operations
• Assemble and position boom accessories based on job requirements
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any issues or delays
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Follow traffic regulations and site-specific safety guidelines
• Collaborate with riggers and site supervisors to ensure safe load handling
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management promptly
• Assist in loading/unloading materials and verifying delivery documentation

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• TESDA or ACEL NC II certification in heavy equipment operation preferred
• Professional Driver’s License with restriction code 8 (or equivalent for boom truck operation)

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating boom trucks or similar heavy equipment
• Familiarity with construction site protocols and material handling

Skills & Attributes

• Strong understanding of safety procedures and load limits
• Ability to read and interpret lifting plans and equipment manuals
• Good physical condition; able to lift and move heavy objects
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to travel and work in various weather conditions
