Charlon Enterprises is seeking a Full-Time Truck Driver to be part of our Operations Team. The role will provide support and ensure that the overall purposes of the Team will be functional.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Operate a truck to transport goods across local or long-distance routes. (Occasionally, Probably 2-3 a week) 

2. Ensure the safety and security of the cargo during transportation.

3. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.

4. Follow traffic rules and road safety regulations.

5. Maintain a clean driving record.

6. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members.

7. Ensure timely deliveries and pickups.

8. Assist with loading and unloading cargo if needed.

9. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform regular maintenance checks.

10. When no trips are scheduled, the driver shall assist in various operational tasks such as running errands, supporting unit or power tool testing, and providing assistance to sales personnel as needed.

1. Valid Philippine Professional Driver’s License (with appropriate restriction codes)

2. Proven experience at least 1 year Truck Driving.

3. Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.

4. Strong commitment to safety.

5. Ability to handle long hours and extended trips.

6. Ability to lift heavy loads.

7. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

8. Good communication skills.

9. Strong Willed Individual.
