1. Administers semi-monthly timekeeping to ensure that employees are compensated properly

2. Checking and processing of attendance/DTR's by:

  • Monitoring submission of daily attendance records, overtime form, OB forms and timestamped photos
  • Validation of undertime and absences.
  • Gathering, encoding and uploading of employee's manual timekeeping forms per cut off if needed. (Overtime, change work schedule, change day off etc.)

3. Consolidate and prepare timekeeping reports for payroll processing.

4. Coordinate with departmental employees to resolve attendance discrepancies.

5. Ensuring all Timekeeping records are processed correctly and efficiently.

6. Handles inquiries or question regarding payroll discrepancies.

7. Internal payroll summary every cut-off.

8. Import employee's attendance summary report to PBMS

9. Request and process necessary Timekeeping Adjustments


Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field (preferred but not required).

• With experience: At least 1 year experience in timekeeping or payroll-related work.

• Without experience: Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with strong analytical skills are welcome.
