- Maintain accurate time records for employees
- Track attendance and punctuality
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Process timecards and payroll data
- Assist in preparing reports on employee hours
- Address timekeeping inquiries from staff
- Collaborate with HR for audits and adjustments
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in payroll and timekeeping.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office; strong attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage employee time records, ensure accurate payroll processing, and maintain compliance with labor laws.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with possible extended hours during payroll cycles.
- Qualities and Traits: Highly organized, dependable, and able to work under pressure.
