Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end ETL testing for inbound and outbound integrations, including:
• Order submission
• Order fulfillment
• HCP data processing
• Execute data qualification and validation to ensure:
• Data completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Compliance with defined business rules
• Validate transformation logic across source and target systems
• Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and issue analysis
• Perform manual API testing using tools such as Postman
• Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to identify, document, and resolve data issues
• Support testing activities during integration changes and system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Manual ETL Tester or similar data testing role
• Strong understanding of source-to-target mappings and ETL workflows
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and validation
• Experience testing APIs using Postman or similar tools
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience with Salesforce, Veeva CRM, or Salesforce Vault is a strong advantage

Nice to Have

• Experience in life sciences, pharma, or healthcare data systems
• Familiarity with data migration or system integration projects
• Experience working in Agile or fast-paced project environments
