Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in all phases of project development, including requirements analysis, design review, and formulating test plans while identifying potential risks;

2. Responsible for quality assurance of all company product systems, including functional testing, API testing, automation, and performance testing across PC, mobile, and hardware terminals;

3. Participate in product requirement reviews, develop test strategies, design multi-dimensional, high-coverage test cases, and leverage various testing methods and tools to continuously improve product quality, testing efficiency, and delivery standards;

4. Liaise with development and product teams to report design defects and issues, track and drive timely resolution during the testing process;

5. Collect operational and on-site implementation issues, conduct systematic testing, and provide feedback to relevant departments;

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of software testing experience, capable of independently conducting functional, API, automation, and performance testing; familiarity with exchange business is a plus;

2. Proficient in software testing with strong logical thinking and problem-identification skills; able to organize and execute test tasks, refine testing methods and tools, and promote the team’s professional growth;

3. Continuously optimize the test automation framework, build stable, efficient, and scalable automated test suites; familiar with Agile development processes;

4. Skilled in API testing tools (Postman, JMeter), proficient with databases (Oracle, MySQL), familiar with one or more of Java, Python, or Shell scripting; experienced in performance testing with strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities;

5. Knowledgeable in computer networking, proficient in Linux, and experienced with common Android and iOS development tools;

6. Strong ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, team-oriented, and highly self-motivated to learn.
