Job Title: Remote Lead Generation Specialist (Outbound Telemarketing / Appointment Setting)

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (depending on availability)


We are looking for a Remote Lead Generation Specialist to handle outbound calling and lead qualification for professional services, including trust and estate planning, insurance solutions, and select medical services. The primary responsibility is to engage prospects in a professional, respectful manner, ask qualifying questions, and determine whether they are a good fit for specific services before passing qualified leads to the appropriate team or scheduling an appointment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists
  • Introduce services clearly and professionally without misleading or overpromising
  • Ask structured qualifying questions to determine needs, eligibility, and interest
  • Identify prospects suited for trust and estate services, insurance products, or medical-related services
  • Accurately document call outcomes, notes, and qualification details in the CRM
  • Schedule appointments or forward qualified leads to internal teams when appropriate
  • Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines while maintaining a natural conversation
  • Meet daily or weekly call and qualification targets
  • Handle objections calmly and respectfully
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

  • Not a closing or commission-only sales role
  • Not cold persuasion or aggressive telemarketing
  • Not handling legal or medical advice


Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or lead qualification
  • Clear, confident speaking voice with strong listening skills
  • Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and conversational
  • Comfortable discussing sensitive topics with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong attention to detail for note-taking and CRM updates
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or dialing systems


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in legal, insurance, healthcare, or professional services lead qualification
  • Familiarity with trust and estate planning terminology (training provided if not)
  • Experience working with U.S. clients
  • Ability to handle long-term outbound campaigns consistently
