Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
- Promote and sell products or services effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of conversations and customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies.
- Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with clients.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of telemarketing experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, persuasive skills, and proficiency in basic computer software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Make outbound calls to potential customers, present products/services, and record customer feedback.
- Working Conditions: Office setting, may require extended hours on the phone.
- Qualities and Traits: Resilient, goal-oriented, and a positive attitude.
