Responsibilities • Operate and maintain production machinery to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime. • Support and execute in-line machine conversions and tuning. • Perform in-line inspections to identify and address quality defects during production. • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions to the supervisor. • Ensure facility support meets basic machine requirements. • Execute and follow tasks assigned by the supervisor or engineer to prevent production line downtime. • Assist the team with machine preventive maintenance. • Provide maintenance support or coverage for the production area when feasible. • Ensure all tools are secured and locked after use. • Support the back-end wave solder process. • Maintain good efficiency (EFF) results to meet line targets and reduce attrition. • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Job Requirements • Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. • Own transportation. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English. • Full-time position.
