We are seeking a skilled Copier Technician to join our team at CopierOnline Philippines Inc' in 165 Kamias Road Sikatuna Village, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Copier Technician, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance for our range of copier machines and printers, ensuring our customers receive reliable and efficient service.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and repair various models of copiers, printers, and multifunction devices
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
• Respond to customer service calls and provide on-site technical support in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies, products, and industry trends

What we're looking for

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Copier Technician or in a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills for a variety of copier and printer models
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments
• No relevant experience as Copier Technician is accepted, but willing to undergo 3-6 months training
