- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on reefer containers (Carrier, Thermo King, Daikin, etc.).
- Conduct Pre-Trip Inspections (PTI) and functional testing before deployment.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues, and carry out necessary repairs or replacements.
- Monitor temperature settings, defrost cycles, and alarm codes to ensure proper operation.
- Perform calibration, refrigerant recovery, and recharging as per standard procedures.
- Maintain accurate service reports and maintenance logs for all repaired units.
- Comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies during repair and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for timely reefer release and unit availability.
- Participate in emergency repair services as required, including on-site troubleshooting in ports, yards, or customer facilities.
