- Graduate of Business Course or any related Courses
- Experience in IT Industry
- Willing to START ASAP
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City (near Boni Station)
- Provide clerical support to the technical department.
- Handle and resolve customer’s complex technical problems.
- Schedule and organize technical meetings with customers to resolve technical issues.
- Perform tests on equipment, electronic items and machinery.
- Resolve and repair technical problems in equipment, electronic items and machinery.
- Ensure total customer satisfaction through technical services.
- Implement safety standards in handling customer products and items.
- Charge and collect payments from customers for technical services rendered.
- Keep up to date with the advance technical knowledge to serve customers even better.
- Adhere to established technical service standards and procedures.
