Job Description

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Document all interactions and solutions in the support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate unresolved issues.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product changes and enhancements.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in technical support or customer service
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in troubleshooting common software and hardware issues
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and able to work under pressure
