Description
- Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and calls.
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and warranty claims.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to offer effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
- Provide technical solutions, assist customers via various channels, resolve inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
- Certification and Licenses: Licensed Electrical or Electronics Engineer
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in customer service providing technical support
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, exceptional problem-solving and technical skills, strong work ethic, and call center experience.
- Working Conditions: On site job, office set up in a call center environment, day time work shift only
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, patient, and tech-savvy.
