Description
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Resolve user queries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and supplies.
- Assist in training users on new technologies.
- Document incidents and solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- At least high school graduate with experience
- College fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- With experience in Technical issues and concerns
- Computer literate
