As a Dayforce Data and Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for migrating clients from legacy HCM systems into Dayforce. You will collaborate with clients to provide expert technical support, focusing on data transformation, integrations, and export configurations (such as payroll-to-general ledger mappings). Your technical expertise will ensure smooth transitions and deliver solutions that improve efficiency and business outcomes.

We are seeking a detail-focused professional with strong technical and functional knowledge of Dayforce HCM. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for product information and data-related issues during Dayforce implementation projects.
• Partner with implementation consultants to review client configurations, data structures, and integration points.
• Extract, analyze, map, and transform data from legacy systems into Dayforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Validate transformed data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and resolve issues for a smooth migration.
• Improve and maintain data conversion tools and processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide technical expertise for exports such as General Ledger data and third-party integrations.
• Assist clients with data import requirements to align with business needs.
• Manage custom reporting requests and address technical queries from internal teams and clients.

• 2+ years of experience in Dayforce implementations with proven success in HCM and WFM projects.
• Strong background in SQL, XML, XSLT, and relational databases, with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Web Services APIs (REST and SOAP).
• Ability to design and develop data exports from Dayforce to external platforms.
• Hands-on experience defining and supporting import requirements into Dayforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for managing complex data sets and resolving issues.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders confidently at all levels.
• Proven capability in addressing technical challenges with practical, effective solutions.
