Job Responsibilities: 1. Design and deliver English listening, speaking, reading, and writing courses in accordance with international teaching standards, tailored to students of various age groups. 2. Assess students’ English proficiency, develop individualized learning plans, and target areas for improvement in vocabulary, grammar, and communication. 3. Leverage multimedia resources to create an interactive, engaging online classroom environment that fosters students’ enthusiasm for English. 4. Conduct regular evaluations of learning outcomes, provide detailed feedback to students and parents, and adapt teaching strategies as needed. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher—PhD preferred—in law, political science, medicine, biology, history, languages, or related fields. 2. Open to both current students and working professionals. 3. Native-level English proficiency or C1/C2 certification, with clear pronunciation and strong oral communication skills. 4. Strong critical thinking abilities and proficiency in discussion and interpersonal communication. 5. Patient, responsible, passionate about education, and highly attuned to cross-cultural communication.
