Job Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of teas and tea-based beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized tea bar area.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and product knowledge.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, customer service excellence, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve a variety of teas, manage customer orders, and maintain a clean environment.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced tea bar setting with flexible hours, including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about tea and customer satisfaction.
