岗位职责：
1.协助交易所完成牌照申请及相关监管报送工作。
2.制定和优化客户资产与资金隔离政策，确保符合当地监管要求。
3.监督和评估资金隔离执行情况，包括冷/热钱包操作、账户隔离及第三方托管安排。
4.协助建立内部控制流程，保障客户资产安全与透明。
5.与法律、合规及运营团队紧密合作，确保政策落地执行。
任职要求：
1.具备数字资产或金融行业经验，熟悉虚拟资产监管要求。
2.熟悉资金隔离、内部控制及合规政策的制定与执行。
3.具有编写过交易所客户资产与资金隔离政策经验，并协助公司成功取得牌照。
加分项：
1. 熟悉萨尔瓦多、迪拜等地虚拟资产牌照及监管要求。 必须中文流利，英语好加分，最主要是有交易所经验，做合规方向的，传统行业不考虑
