• BIR submissions
• SEC reports filing
• JV entries of AR Non-trade Cash Payments
• Monitoring of BPI Loan Payable
• Cash flow report
• Audit of Payroll (Mandatory deductions and payments)
• Monitoring of VG Employees Cash Advances Deduction
• Audit of Petty cash and other revolving funds
• Audit of General Ledger Accounts
• Recording of Fuel Expenses
• Audit of Manpower Payroll Billing
• Checking of BPI Bank Statement
• Preparation of Just fruit SOA
• NSF Personal Business Closure

MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Filing of BIR Records, Bank Records and other documents
• Recording of Sales Returns from Supermarket
• Consolidates and reviews all accounting reports including reconciliation of account
• Coordinates with the accounting team in the preparation of Financial schedules for External auditors.
• Internal Auditor, part of FSMS: ISO 22000, GMP-HACCP, HALAL.
• Participate fully and promptly to BIR and external auditors’ meetings
• Support and cooperate in the food safety and quality programs and initiatives of the company and consistently
• report problems with regards to Food Safety Management System.
