The reliever will provide temporary support related to BIR and Local Tax compliance of the SM Property Group for assigned Business Units. The role involves monitoring of permits and payments of RPT, LBT, AT and other related local tax fees, maintaining up-to-date communication on LGU tax compliance matters, and assisting with the preparation and verification of all required tax documents. The reliever will coordinate with internal business units, BIR, and local government units (LGUs) to address compliance requirements and queries. This position requires attention to detail, understanding of relevant tax regulations, and the ability to ensure completeness and accuracy in all tax-related documentation during the contract period.

Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience in the same or similar role
• Ability to perform all essential duties of the absent employee
• Available to work during the specified period
• Possess relevant certifications or qualifications, if applicable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•  Advanced Excel skills is a plus
• Updated with current tax regulations and procedures
• With working knowledge of applicable tax regulations (Local Tax and BIR Tax)
• Any accounting related course (BSA, Financial Accounting, Management accounting)
