Job description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Create a pipeline of candidates using various job posting platforms.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Administer pre-employment tests, if applicable, to candidates who pass the initial interview.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database promptly and accurately.
  • Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Manager and HR team as needed.
  • Perform any HR-related work that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
  • Above average English oral and written communication skills
  • At least one (1) year of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Marcos Highway, Antipolo City
  • Can start ASAP
