About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter based in the Philippines to join our growing team. you earn a commission for every successful hire you bring on board. This is a high-impact role where your performance directly translates to your earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: post job ads, source candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, JobStreet, and local channels, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final rounds with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing hiring demands.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate) and optimize your approach for better results.
• Collaborate with the global HR team to align recruitment strategies with company goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines (local market knowledge is a plus).
• 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment ( BPO, or general industry experience is acceptable).
• Familiarity with Philippine recruitment platforms and local talent trends.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) to interact with global teams and candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring priorities at once.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on hitting recruitment targets.
