Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Recruiting Operations

- Conduct in-house searches using the Applicant Tracking System to identify potential candidates.

- Assess the availability of candidates and schedule on-site and virtual interviews with both candidates and assessors.

- Handle basic screening, including communications assessments, for CSR (Associate) candidates only.

- Set and manage initial candidate expectations and prepare them for interviews.

- Source candidates for each position and utilize online recruiting resources like Job Street and Jobs DB.

- Administer and maintain job postings on external job boards, intranet, and various recruitment mailboxes.

- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to source candidates and coordinate interview scheduling.

- Receive and monitor job applications from external sources and forward them to the appropriate Recruitment Point of Contact.

- Provide support in preparing marketing materials for recruitment activities, such as job fairs and college relations.

- Distribute company branding flyers.

- Assist in creating graphics design by providing innovative ideas.

- Collaborate with Recruitment operations and Sourcing to identify data sources and generate related reports.

- Contact and schedule applicants for assessments and processing to ensure a steady flow of applicants.

- Assist in screening and referring qualified candidates to hiring managers for follow-up interviews.


Sourcing:

- Identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and assess the fitness of candidates.

- Report and analyze data to prepare various recruitment reports.

- Proactively identify and resolve reporting issues, promptly informing the direct supervisor of any urgent matters.

- Provide suggestions to improve recruitment business processes.

- Offer administrative and operational support to various recruitment processes.
