We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying potential leads, building relationships with prospects, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. - Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online platforms, databases, and networking.  

- Initiate contact with prospective clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate interest in the company’s offerings.  

- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and pass high-quality opportunities to the sales team.  

- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.  

- Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects into loyal clients.  

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.  

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adapt lead generation strategies effectively.  

- Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing is preferred.  

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospects effectively.  

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.  

- Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant software is a plus.  

- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
