- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards
- Screen and interview applicants to assess qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate experience and maintain applicant tracking system
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with some remote work flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player with a passion for talent development.
