We’re looking for a proactive and people-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for roles across our business. From crafting job ads that stand out, to finding talent in the most unexpected places, to delivering an exceptional candidate experience, you’ll be at the heart of our growth.

Note: At Blueberry, moving with purpose means showing up, connecting, and building momentum together. This role is based onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Monday to Friday, where the real magic happens.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Partner with hiring managers to define role needs and craft engaging job descriptions
• Source top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative outreach
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth selection process
• Maintain a strong candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
• Represent Blueberry at career fairs and industry events to boost employer brand
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve our hiring process
• Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and employment laws

• Strong English and Mandarin communication skills
• 1–3 years’ recruitment experience, ideally in financial services, trading, or fintech
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven success recruiting bilingual professionals across multiple regions
• Skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and managing multiple roles at once
• Organized, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
