Job Description
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop process models, workflows, and business cases to support decision-making.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and reports.
- Perform data analysis to track business performance and trends.
- Facilitate meetings and communicate insights to key decision-makers.
- Support project management by tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau. LucidChart, Astah Community).
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
