GA HR Consultancy Inc., an accredited headhunter and trusted executive search partner, is actively hiring a Business Systems Analyst (Direct Hire) (Project-Based, 6 Months) on behalf of a leading insurance provider in Makati City.

This role is perfect for professionals eager to build their expertise in business process analysis, system documentation, and QA testing—while gaining exposure to enterprise-level systems in the financial and insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for operational and system improvement.
• Gather, document, and translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Conduct QA testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop documentation such as process maps, test cases, and user manuals.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth alignment between business objectives and system implementations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in business process analysis and QA/software testing.
• Exposure to life insurance or financial systems is an advantage.

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with testing tools is a plus.

• Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
