The Systems and Applications Specialist serves as the subject matter expert for assigned systems and applications, ensuring their optimal performance through maintenance, backups, and security measures. He / She will collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements, perform system updates, and execute change management processes. Additionally, he / she will provide Tier 1 support, conduct user acceptance testing, and develop programs to improve operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in programming, databases, web design, system and application maintenance, and exposure to the primary duties specified.
