Position Name: Lark System Operations Specialist

Work Location: Metro Manila, Philippines

The person we’re looking for:

If you are familiar with the operation and daily maintenance of the Lark collaborative office system, have experience in process optimization and automation configuration, and can communicate fluently in Chinese, you may be the person we’re looking for!

What you’ll do:

1. Execute Lark system operations in line with the company’s overall plan to enhance team collaboration efficiency;

2. Assist various departments in building processes and configuring automation tools to improve work efficiency;

3. Address daily issues by providing support and training to colleagues; collect and analyze system usage data and propose optimization recommendations;

4. Identify potential improvement areas and propose feasible plans; receive corresponding rewards upon successful implementation.

We want you to have:

1. At least one year of experience operating Lark or a similar collaborative office platform;

2. Fluency in Chinese, sufficient for daily work communication;

3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary:

Salary will be based on twice the market rate for the same position in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou for candidates with 5–10 years of experience in China.

The exact amount will be discussed based on your experience and capabilities.
