- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in student services or administration.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, approachable, and committed to student success.
