We are hiring a Structural and Civil Engineer to support the development and coordination of civil and structural works for a high-profile beverage mega factory.

What you do as a Structural and Civil Engineer

As a Structural and Civil Engineer, you are going to do the following:

• Coordinate with internal and regional structural design teams and the client
• Represent RHDHV on structural/civil engineering matters, ensuring alignment with client standards and national codes
• Review drawings, calculations, and ensure proper integration with architecture and MEP
• Provide technical input on foundation design, loading plans, superstructure detailing, etc.
• Monitor design schedule, coordination quality, and internal QMS
• Be responsible for tracking scope progress and technical resolution with peer client stakeholders
• Support bid review and contractor interface for civil and structural packages

We provide them with a range of services throughout the various phases of a project: from inception, through master planning, feasibility, design all the way to construction management. Our projects are in the Philippines, but we also provide support within the APAC region and globally.

What you bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Experience: 8+ years in structural design/coordination for buildings or industrial facilities
• Sector Knowledge: Building/industrial or Maritime sector
• English: Fluent / Professional
• Traits: quality-focused; technically thorough; able to defend and adjust design choices
• Soft Skills: proactive communicator and strong coordination mindset; reliable, disciplined, and collaborative
• Technical Skills: strong understanding of RC, steel structures, and industrial detailing
• IT Tools: proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with AutoCAD; preferably familiar with Revit, ETABS, or similar structural design software
