- Oversee multiple branches within the assigned area to ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for growth and sales enhancement.
- Oversee area operations, manage team performance, and ensure goal achievement.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop branch managers and their teams.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in management and area handling.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in strategic planning, team leadership, and operational management.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.
