- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Manage the store's inventory of supplies and products
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
- Cash Handling
- Preparing work schedules for staff
- At least College Level
- With work-related experience as Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader/ OIC
- A strategist, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, and analytical
- Customer-service oriented
- Has the ability to handle challenging situations
- Good in communication skills
- Willing to be assigned at Mall of Asia
