Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at 1st MEGASAVER Careers in Valenzuela. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing store policies, and optimizing sales performance.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Adept in basic business management process
• At least 5 Years experience in the field of Retail Sales and Marketing preferably in a Managerial capacity
• Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Experience in managing and motivating a team
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous experience in Appliance retail management is a plus
