Job Description
- SEASONAL
- Receiving & Storing: Unloading deliveries, checking for accuracy/damage, and storing items properly (e.g., dry goods, cold storage).
- Inventory Management: Organizing stock, labeling items (dates), counting inventory, and updating records.
- Stock Rotation: Using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) to ensure older items are used first.
- Replenishment: Moving stock to kitchen, bar, or display areas as needed to prevent stockouts.
- Auditing & Reporting: Performing regular counts, identifying discrepancies, and reporting shortages or expired items.
- Cleanliness: Maintaining hygiene in storage, stockrooms, and cold storage areas.
- With at least 6 months' work experience in F&B.
- Must be customer-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Additional role-specific skills are an advantage (e.g., kitchen experience for Line Cook)
