Job Description
- Assemble and secure steel reinforcement bars.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Measure and cut steel according to specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with construction teams to meet project deadlines.
- Perform quality checks on installed reinforcement.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong observation skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Working Conditions: Primarily outdoor construction sites; may involve lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, safety-conscious, and a team player with a proactive attitude.
