The Nursing Aide provides essential support to nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering direct patient care. They assist patients with daily activities, help maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure patients' comfort and well-being under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Completion of a state-approved Nursing Aide or CNA training program.
- Current certification as a Nursing Aide (if applicable by state regulations).
- Basic life support (BLS) or CPR certification (preferred or required by employer).
